• Shipping & Delivery

• Broadway Beads ships merchandise within 3 days of payment to locations within the United States.  All purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), with your choice of:

  1) US First Class Mail Padded Envelope.

  2) US Priority Mail Flate Rate Small Box with Delivery Confirmation (preferred method).  The cost of shipping for a Small Flate Rate box is usually $5.20 and can be tracked through it's entire journey to your home.

  If you require faster shipping or would like to purchase shipping insurance please contact me for a quote. 




• Sales Tax

• Broadway Beads charges state tax only for purchases in California. 




• Return Policy

• Your satisfaction is very important to Broadway Beads.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 5 days to 1) Replace, 2) Repair, or 3) Refund your purchase (less shipping and handling).

   

   




• Miscellaneous

• Payment is expected immediately if using Paypal.  If you are sending a Money Order(MO), the MO must be received within 7 days of purchase.
